ATTENDEE CANCELLATION POLICY
Our cancellation policy allows for a refund, less a 20% administrative charge, for cancellations received in writing before Friday, January 24th, 2020. No refunds will be made after this date. Instead, a credit will be immediately issued for up to one year to attend another Royal Media Group program of the registrant's choice. No credit will be given after February 17th, 2020. Substitutions may be made up to 72 hours prior to the conference. If a registered delegate does not cancel and fails to attend the conference, this will be treated as a cancellation and no refund or credit will be issued.
