Chief Customer Experience Officer Citibank
Rebecca is the Chief Customer Experience Officer within Citi’s U.S. Consumer Banking business. She is responsible for crafting and delivering a simple, seamless experience across digital and non-digital channels for Citi’s customers, across all touchpoints.
In her role, Rebecca is responsible for driving the end-to-end strategy, design and delivery of the digital client experience. Her team drives clarity, accountability and ownership of the digital client experience; facilitates the prioritization of investments; and fuels the agility, collaboration, and creativity of our digital talent. The team leverages customer experience analytics and data-driven decision making to enhance the overall customer experience, with digital and mobile as priority channels for customer acquisition, servicing and engagement.
Prior to joining Citi, Rebecca held senior roles at Experian and MBNA.
She earned her bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University and her MBA from University of Texas at Dallas. Rebecca lives in Texas with her husband and three children.
